Delivery & Pickup Update

All delivery distances are calculated from our warehouse at 10325 Capital St, Oak Park, MI 48237. Customer pickup and returns are at Bay Door 2, by appointment only. Clients are responsible for loading their rentals; our team may assist when available. Inspect all items before leaving. If someone else picks up, the renter must approve the items by FaceTime or photos before departure.

10325 Capital St, Oak Park, MI 48237 · Bay Door 2. Pickup and returns are by appointment.

  • Thursday: 4–7 PM
  • Friday: 5–7 PM
  • Saturday: 5–7 PM
  • Sunday: 1–5 PM

One-day rental windows

  • Pick up Thursday; return Friday or Saturday.
  • Pick up Friday; return Saturday or Sunday.
  • Pick up Saturday, 5–7 PM; return Sunday, 1–5 PM.

Return within the listed hours for the rental to count as one day.
